The Rubber Machine Operators Course is kicking off with its third edition. On 26th and 27th March 2024 a two-day theory and practice course on the efficient use of rubber moulding presses will be held. Participants will find a tried and tested format, which has already enabled operators in the previous editions to familiarise with our rubber moulding presses. IMG School was created with the intention of providing all the useful know-how to the operator to carry out daily work with all types of machines. The aims go beyond the correct use of the machines’ functionalities, but consider the possible criticalities of the moulding process.
How the course is structured
The rubber machine operator course consists of two days of theory and practice. Each participant will be introduced to the operation of the machine. Subsequently, he/she will become familiar with the moulding process and, at the end, will be able to try out practical rubber component moulding tests. The aim of the rubber machine operator course is the introduction of the operator to the main operational steps and any recurring problems. All carried out with a focus on safety aspects and with the aim of an effective use of the many potentialities of the IMG machines.

Attending the course gives you the opportunity to see the main advantages of the machinery up close. In addition to an introduction to the main features of the rubber world, our technicians will focus on the elements that make for a good moulding process. Compounds, mould types and machine configuration will be examined. Particular focus will be placed on the human-machine interface.
