On 4 and 5 November 2025, IMG School organized the Rubber Press Maintenance Course, a technical training program designed for experienced operators aiming to achieve maximum machine efficiency in rubber and silicone molding.
The two-day course was intended for participants already familiar with IMG presses and included both classroom sessions and hands-on training directly at the press. The goal was to provide a complete understanding of the machine’s potential, ensuring full operational mastery of one of the key tools in rubber and silicone production.
Over the years, IMG has gained extensive experience in technical training, providing hundreds of hours of instruction for both beginners and advanced users.
Its mission is to transfer all the necessary know-how to enable operators to perform their daily tasks efficiently and without interruption on any IMG press.
The Rubber Press Maintenance Course focused on the correct upkeep and efficient operation of the machine. Beyond standard functionalities, the course explored the main issues that can arise during daily molding processes, helping operators prevent problems and minimize downtime through targeted maintenance strategies.
