Privacy notice pursuant to art. 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679

Pursuant to art. 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (General Data Protection Regulation, so-called GDPR), we inform you that your personal data will be processed by IMG S.r.l., with registered office in Via Industriale 106-108, 25020 Capriano del Colle (BS), as Data Controller, for the sole purpose of responding to your request. The collection of data takes place by filling out the form by the interested parties and subsequently sending the request. If your request is not followed by further reports, your data will be kept until the end of the calendar year following that of your request. The legal basis for the processing is art. 6, 1 (b) GDPR (processing is necessary for the performance of a contract to which the data subject is party or in order to take steps at the request of the data subject prior to entering into a contract). The provision of your personal data is free, however failure to provide the requested data will prevent us from effectively responding to your request. We also inform you that the data you freely provide will be processed exclusively by personnel authorized by the Data Controller pursuant to articles 28 or 29 of the GDPR and will not be disclosed. We remind you that, pursuant to articles 15 to 21 of the Regulation, you have the right to request from the controller access to and rectification or erasure of personal data or restriction of processing concerning the data subject or to object to processing as well as the right to data portability.
